Asian Cole Slaw with Ramen Noodles



This is a very tasty side to any cook out. Make ahead of time so the noodles can soften just a bit.

Add the slaw mix, onion, almond, and crushed up Ramen in a large bowl. (omit the seasoning packet)

In a small bowl, mix the remaining ingredients well. Pour over the slaw mix. Store in the fridge until ready to serve.


1 (14-16 oz) package Coleslaw Mix

1 bunch Green Onions, sliced thinly

1/2 slivered Almonds

1 (3 oz) package chicken-flavored Ramen Noodles

1/2 cup Sunflower (or Peanut) Oil

3 T. sesame oil

1/3 cup Cider Vinegar

2 T. Brown Sugar (or to taste)


Serve cooled.
