Is this event wheelchair accesssible?
Most of the event takes place on a grass covered lawn. Most strollers make it through without a problem.
Where is the Market located?
Our farmhouse is situated on the south side of South Bend, not far from US 20 and US 31. You can find a map here
Where do I park?
Please only park in the designated pasture lot, and where there are parking signs. We have parking attendants to direct you and a golf cart shuttle to assist anyone needing help walking to the event.
What is the admission price?
Attendees 18 and older:
$6.00 at the gate beginning at 10:30 am
$15 Early Bird Tickets for advanced shopping at 9:30 am
Do vendors accept debit/credit cards?
Yes. Most do, but come prepared to use both cash and cards. Accepting a check is up to the discretion of that vendor.
How often is the market?
Twice a year. Our Spring Market is held on In June and our fall market is October.
Is there a rain date?
Nope! Rain or shine, you'll still find us! Each vendor has a canopy over their shop and there are also several artisans inside our famhouse, so come on in and take a look!

Can I bring my pet.
Dogs on a leash are welcomed to enjoy the market. Please clean up after them.
Is this at a private residence?
Yes, and the residents are happy to share this beautiful country setting with you.
